Bertha Elizabeth Queen Brown was born on 5 Nov 1885, the daughter of Louis Queen, Sr. and his wife, Hattie Queen, in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. She married Benjamin Dudley Brown on 11 Jul 1904, at the St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church, in Washington, District of Columbia. Bertha preceded her mother in death sometime before 1 Dec 1950.
